Bio: Kate Garcia Rouh & Kenny Rouh are RouxArt. Kate is an Art Teacher for 20+ years and a lifelong Artist. Kenny is retired from Crowley Maritime. Together they make impacting mosaic art. Kate’s genesis project was “100th Anniversary Mosaic” with her students at West Riverside School. Since One Spark 2013, RouxArt has completed 15 mosaic works of public art to visually inspire Jacksonville.
