Working with Tom Hudson and the team at WLRN on this new show is a wonderful opportunity to collaborate in connecting listeners in a vital conversation about the most important issues affecting the Sunshine State.” WLRN’s Vice President of News Tom Hudson says, “Education, the environment, economic development are just some of the important challenges in Florida regardless of your zip code. This new program will link together Florida and Floridians in the effort to better understand the news stories affecting our lives by talking with the journalists covering the stories and newsmakers.”

“Perspective and context. These are two important ingredients to understanding the news of the day and The Florida Roundup is going to provide them,” says Patrick Yack, executive director of Florida Public Broadcasting Service (FPBS).
