The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office Communications Center is designed to receive all 911 emergency calls and 630-0500 non-emergency calls. A well-trained team of officers work 24/7 to handle emergency and unexpected situations from citizens around Jacksonville. Officers collect information from the callers and pass it along to dispatchers who in turn deploy patrol officers in the field to safely respond to any situation.
