Accessibility
An Assistive Listening System (ALS) is available at no charge for deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals. It uses radio frequency technology. Ear speakers or neck loops that interface with hearing aids are available, or you may plug in your own ear speakers. Patrons using the ALS can sit anywhere. Visit the tech desk inside Studio A for access.
WJCT will also arrange American Sign Language interpretation services at no additional charge. Please make such requests at least two (2) weeks prior to the event by contacting Facilities at (904) 358-6311 or zmontalbano@wjct.org. Provision of interpretive services is subject to interpreter availability, but every effort will be made to accommodate your request.
We welcome service animals as defined under federal ADA guidelines—dogs individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities. No other animals will be permitted.
Owners who are unable to take effective action to control an out-of-control service animal may be asked to remove the animal from the premises. When purchasing a ticket, please let us know whether your service animal can rest at your feet during a performance or if additional provisions are needed.

Planning Your Visit
Beer, wine, sodas, and water will be available at some events; check the specific event page for details. Service closes about 30 minutes before the event ends.
Popcorn and candy are for sale at Film at WJCT Studios screenings. American Express, MasterCard, Visa, or cash are accepted.
Audio, video, and photographic recording is permitted at most performances for personal use only, using personal electronic equipment such as a smartphone. Cameras, video cameras, tablets, and audio equipment are not permitted. Recordings should be made discreetly from your seat. Flash photography and bright lights are never allowed.
Professional cameras with lenses longer than 6 inches and detachable lenses are not allowed. Some events may enforce modified camera policies. WJCT or its visiting artists reserve the right to amend this policy at any time.
During concerts, patrons may stand and dance in their seats, provided they do not unreasonably obstruct the view of those seated behind them. Please be considerate of your fellow audience members.
For safety, patrons are not permitted to stand or dance in the aisles, in front of doors or entrances, or anywhere other than in front of their seats. Patrons should remain seated during comedy shows, dance performances, plays, musicals, lectures, and classical music concerts.
Please contact the nearest WJCT staff member or volunteer if you need medical attention.
Lost items are taken to the Front Desk after each event. To locate a lost item, call (904) 353-7770. Items not claimed after 60 days will be donated to local charities or otherwise disposed of at WJCT’s discretion.
