Billy, a young man with a disability, has always relied on his father’s protection. Determined to prepare him for a more independent future, Oscar creates a simple but powerful plan—teaching Billy the skills to land his first job bagging groceries.

What follows is a moving journey about family, resilience, and the courage it takes to let go. With warmth, humor, and honesty, The Paper Bag Plan explores the challenges caregivers face while celebrating the dignity of work, self-reliance, and the deep bond between parent and child.
