
As part of the CAREGIVING national initiative, this lunch and learn will provide practical information on how caregivers can take care of themselves. Subject matter experts will address dealing with burnout and anxiety, ambiguous and anticipatory grief, and methods for maintaining good mental health.
This lunch and learn will include:
- Burnout is Real – Abigail Costley, Direct Programs Manager, ElderSource
- Anticipatory Grief: Mourning a Loss Before it Happens – Jennifer Martin, Community Hospice
- Maintaining Good Mental Health – Ena Melton-Myers, Outpatient Therapist, Wekiva Springs Center
- Laughter Yoga – Amber Ladd, Florida Dept of Elder Affairs
