Join WJCT Public Media for a screening and conversation about Hannah Arendt: Facing Tyranny. After a screening of segments of the documentary, WJCT President & CEO David McGowan and the documentary’s Executive Producer Jeff Bieber will discuss the life and work of the German-American political philosopher and writer and the making of the film.
Discover the life and work of Hannah Arendt, one of the most influential political writers of the 20th century. She transformed her time as a political prisoner and refugee during World War II into daring insights about the human condition, the refugee crisis, and totalitarianism.
Hannah Arendt: Facing Tyranny will premiere on June 27 at 9 p.m. ET on Jax PBS, pbs.org/americanmasters and the PBS App.
