On Saturday, Phoenix Mayor Kate Gallego, pictured above in September 2018, apologized to the city following an outcry over footage showing police officers pointing a gun and yelling at a family as part of an investigation into a claim that a doll was shoplifted from a Family Dollar store in Phoenix
