Do I need to stay for the whole day? Can I leave early if I need to?

You may leave early although the gift drawings will occur at the end of the day.

How many sessions can I attend?

You are welcome to attend as many sessions as you would like.

If I am on the waiting list, when will I know if there are tickets available?

We will contact you if any spots become available.

Is parking included? If not, how much does it cost?

Parking is not included. There are three parking options for the day of TEACH. There is free meter parking on the streets around the Hyatt. The City parking lot, behind the old courthouse, is $7 for the day and parking Hyatt garage is $8 per vehicle.

Is seating assigned during the breakfast, lunch and keynote speakers?

Reserved seating for the ballroom portions is only available by purchasing a Corporate Table.

Is the event handicapped accessible?

The Hyatt Regency Jacksonville is in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and continues to search for ways to better accommodate all visitors. The building is designed with wheelchair ramps, automatic doors, passenger elevators and handicap-accessible restroom facilities.

What is the menu for lunch? I am a vegetarian—will you be able to accommodate me?

The menu has not been decided. However, there will be a vegetarian option available, just request a vegetarian meal from your server at lunch.

What time does registration begin?

Registration begins at 7:30am. Click here to see the rest of the day’s schedule.

When will I receive my tickets in the mail?

Tickets will be mailed out up until the Friday before the event (September 26, 2014). If you purchase your ticket after that date, you ticket will be at Will Call. If you have questions about your tickets, call 904-358-6329.
