Wildlife advocates and beach goers agree Jacksonville’s Huguenot Park is a local treasure, with it’s rock-lined jetties and pristine beaches. But that’s about where the agreements end. The beach is the only one in Duval County that allows cars on the sand, but now, as WJCT’s Steve Brown reports, the state wants to permanently ban beach driving in a large portion of the park. Listen
