Hundreds of area residents stood in long lines near the Jacksonville Landing over the weekend to take a tour of the Navy’s U-S-S Stephen W. Groves. The frigate was docked downtown as the city celebrates the 233rd birthday of the U-S Navy. WJCT’s Kevin Meerschaert reports. Listen
