Experience how the techniques of personal discovery in the African American Lives 2 series can be a resource for your students to explore and raise their awareness of African American history and their own genealogy!
Educators in attendance will receive a special sneak preview and earn professional development credits.

Mister Rogers Neighborhood Sweater Drive

WJCT invites the First Coast community to lend a helping hand to their neighbors by contributing new and nearly new sweaters,jackets and blankets to the fifth annual MISTER ROGERS NEIGHBORHOOD SWEATER DRIVE.
Contributions will be donated to St. Vincent’s Mobile Outreach Ministry, which serves migrant workers; I.M. Sulzbacher Center for the Homeless; Clara White Mission; and St. Mary’s Episcopal Church.
Community members can drop contributions at WJCT, located at 100 Festival Park Avenue across from ALLTEL Stadium, at participating VyStar Credit Union locations on the First Coast and at Two Men and A Truck on Beach Blvd.
First Coast elementary schools are invited to collect contributions. The three schools that collect the most contributions will receive a special prize.
