Speaking of Women’s Health 2010
August 28th, 7:30am – 3pm at the Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront
WJCT and Baptist Health are teaming up to host Speaking of Women’s Health.
This year’s conference, which continues the 10 year tradition of educating women to make informed decisions about their health, well-being and personal safety will merge with Universal Sisters to create an exciting one-day event which provides vital information in a friendly, pampering environment.
WJCT President and CEO Michael Boylan says, “We are very pleased to concentrate our efforts to making this one-day conference a true celebration of our 10th anniversary of Speaking of Women’s Health and providing breakout sessions, keynote addresses and activities for all First Coast women. This unique conference will provide an uplifting day of entertaining education and offer a variety of sessions and topics vital to the health of our attendees.”
The conference will offer personal and free health screenings, and attendees will enjoy a continental breakfast, a catered luncheon, and a gift bag. First Coast women will also have the opportunity to talk with local health care professionals about their health, wellness and lifestyle. “This is definitely an event that women of the First Coast look forward to attending. We are proud to be a partner and look forward to future events,” says Dr. Helen Jackson, president and CEO of the Women of Color Cultural Foundation.
